The Insider: Redeeming a Remuddled Row House in Cobble Hill

A COLLABORATION BETWEEN ARCHITECTS Platt Dana and interior designer Kevin Hart produced the stylish Cobble Hill townhouse featured in my column today for Brownstoner.com, the Brooklyn-based real-estate website. From a shoddily renovated 3-family stuck in the 1970s, they brought the place up to date for a family of Manhattan transplants (that’s becoming a theme, as are the exposed joists painted white…they’re the exposed brick of the moment, but I kind of love them).
