Have rented, successfully, made lots of money. Craigslist, became not worth the problems, stopped and never noticed the loss. Hope you are on AirBnB, FlipKey, HomeAway, VRBO, they funneled the money in with ease. Never a problem with any of the renters, no damage or stolen items.
Significant money.
Love your house, hope you are still renting when life slows down. Of course it’s speeding up.
