THIS WEEK, “The Insider,” my every-Thursday column on Brownstoner.com, features a duplex apartment in an 1850s Brooklyn brownstone that takes a mad romp around the color wheel, combining furnishings ranging from Victoriana (hers) to mid-century modern (his).
